Confirmation of your registration will be sent via email. If you do not receive confirmation within 48 hours after submission, please contact the National Office at 717-299-4710 or email@example.com.
Refunds will be made available when a refund request is made in writing and must be made by the registration deadline, after that point, no refunds will be available. However, you can send another Member in your place at no additional cost. Cancellations and transfers may be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Inclement Weather Policy
Should inclement weather conditions occur that would make it unsafe to conduct the Leadership Academy, the National Office will cancel the event. Cancellations will be announced at least 24 hours before the scheduled programming begins. All registered Attendees and Volunteers will be notified via email. The cancellation will also be posted on Phi Sigma Pi’s website and social media pages. In the event of a cancellation, registration fees will be partially refunded since alternative programming and resources will be made available to those who registered. Leadership Academy materials, resources and t-shirt would be mailed to each registered Attendee.

Attendee Professional Agreement/Pledge
To gain the most from the Leadership Academy experience, I pledge to:

Leading your Chapter - Chapter leaders are responsible for the direction of the Chapter and setting the course for success. In this session, we will discuss the core responsibilities associated with running an organization that stands out from the rest. This session is recommended for Members who are Officers or who are planning on becoming an Officer for their Chapter.
Breakout Session Descriptions
Achieving Excellence through CSE - Through the Chapter Standards of Excellence (CSE) strive for the highest standards of Chapter governance, management and mission-driven operations and become eligible for awards such as the Joseph Torchia Outstanding Chapter Award. In this session, we will be breaking down the expectations of an award-winning Chapter.
Developing Rising Stars - Great leaders make themselves and those around them better and often see the greatness in those others have overlooked. In this session, we will seek ways to become stronger leaders and develop a way to recognize the rising stars within your Chapter.
