Registration Details

The National Office will make its best effort to accommodate rooming preferences. Registration closes on June 15, 2019 at 11:59 PM PDT. Registrations received after June 15, may be accommodated, where possible; however, may require selection of an alternate rooming type. Your assigned room will remain the same through the duration of National Convention. (Attendees may not switch rooms during National Convention). Please check that your information is accurate by clicking "edit registrant information" and reviewing your profile.

Hotel Room Selection & Roommates

*NEW* this year...there will only be single (1 person per hotel room) and double (2 people) occupancy rooms available. In selecting a single hotel room, it means that you will be the only person staying in that room. In selecting a double hotel room, it means that you and one other person will be in the hotel room (two beds, one person per bed). If you selected a double room, you have to list the name of your preferred roommate when you register. This person must be the same registration type as you (either full or partial) and they must also list you as their preferred roommate when they register.

The National Office will not locate and/or assign a roommate for you; however, we have established a Facebook group to assist you in securing a roommate. Please find your roommate before you register.

If you do not list a roommate at the time of registration, you may be moved from a double occupancy room to a single occupancy room and will be expected to pay the difference upon receipt of invoice. You will be asked to acknowledge this possibility in the hotel selection section below under Program Options.
