2017 National Convention

August 2-6, 2017

Phi Sigma Pi's 2017 National Convention will be held in Washington, D.C. Our host hotel is the Crystal Gateway Marriott

How to Register

  1. Sign in.
  2. Click "Register Myself."
  3. Click "Edit Registrant Information" and make sure everything in your record is accurate.
  4. Select a registration option.
  5. Fill out the questions.
  6. Add a hotel stay and merchandise in the Program Section under June 15, 2017 (the last day to register). If you plan on staying somewhere other than the host hotel, there is a $40 fee.
  7. Create your itinerary by adding the options you want to attend that aren't already selected for you.

Registration Details

The National Office will make its best effort to accommodate rooming preferences. Registration closes on June 15, 2017 at 11:59 PM PDT. Registrations received after June 15, may be accommodated, where possible; however, may require selection of an alternate rooming type. Your assigned room will remain the same through the duration of National Convention. (Attendees may not switch rooms during National Convention). Please check that your information is accurate by clicking "edit registrant information" and reviewing your profile.

Hotel Room Selection

Once you select your hotel stay preference, you will have an opportunity to list the names of your preferred roommates. Preferred roommates must also list you as their preferred roommate and must also have the same registration type as you. You must also list them at the time of registration. The National Office will try and locate roommates for you (especially if you register early); however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to secure roommates. Attendees that have fewer roommates than the rate specified will be charged for the appropriate number of roommates. For example, this means you may be moved from a quad occupancy room to a triple occupancy room and will be expected to pay the difference upon receipt of invoice. This also means that you may be moved from a triple occupancy room to a quad occupancy room and will receive a refund. You will be asked to acknowledge this possibility in the hotel selection section below under Program Options.

Confirmation

Confirmation of your registration will be sent via email. For registrations paid by check, please allow up to two weeks for processing. If you do not receive confirmation after 30 days of submission, please contact the National Office at 717-299-4710 or pspoffice@phisigmapi.org.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be made available, less a $65 administrative fee when refund requests are made in writing and postmarked or fax stamped by June 15. No refunds will be made after June 15 or for no-shows. Cancellations may be submitted via email to pspoffice@phisigmapi.org or via fax to 717-390-3954.

Presented by the National Alumni Association: Our National Staff will take professional photos during Convention (time TBD) that you can use on your LinkedIn profile, online resume or any other professional need. You'll receive 2 photos approximately one month after the close of Convention.
